Hostel Visitors Rules
1.
Parents should meet their
wards only on the specified day (First and third Sunday), except in
emergency. 10 AM to 2 P.M.
2.
Without
permission All visitors (including parents) are not allowed entry into the Hostel
Campus.
3. No male visitor is allowed to enter the
Girls' Hostel similarly for Boys’ Hostel female visitors are not allowed
without prior permission of the respective Wardens.
4. All visitors should put their details in
the visitor’s record book at the hostel
Guard House.
5. Parents can make telephone calls only
if necessary on Saturday between 3.00 p.m. to 4. 00 p.m ( 1st and 2nd
Sanday )..

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO
STUDENTS
Every student must obey the following rules of discipline of the
School.
1. Pupils are expected
to regularly prepare their lessons.
2. Pupils should come to
school neat and clean & in proper uniform.
3. The first bell will be
at 9: 30 A.M. You are expected to see
that your child is present for the class from the beginning.
4. Except for reasons of ill
health and unavoidable circumstances, a previous written application from the
Guardian is required for any leave of absence. If any pupil has been absent for
more than three days, he/she should not enter the class without first obtaining
permission from the Principal.
5. Late-comers should get written permission from the Principal or the Vice Principal. 90% attendance
in a class is required for promotion to the next higher class.
6. Sick children should not be
brought to the School, even during the Exams.
7. Books, Cardigans, Tiffin
Box, water bottles, etc. belonging to the pupils should bear the name of the
owner. The school does not hold itself responsible for articles lost on the
school premises.
8. The School Diary and the I.D
Card are part of the Uniform, So send them along every day.
9. Without written
permission from the Principal, pupils will not be allowed to leave the school
hours.
10. One handkerchief should be sent with your ward in Nursery,
KG-i, and KG-II.
11. Do not accompany
the child to the class.
12. As the recess is very short ( 15
minutes only) send only dry
tiffin i.e. biscuits, fruits, etc. (
Do not send maggi, creamy things
oily things, especially eggs).
SPECIAL TIPS FOR PARENTS
Parents are requested to check the diaries of
their wards regularly and ensure that instructions are being followed by their
wards properly.

Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in ensuring an effective education of their children.
3. Providing a fairly convenient
comfortable place for his/her study at home.
4. Make a timetable for studying at home and oversee that
is followed.
5. Assist, supervise, and guide the child in
completing the daily lessons.
6. Encourage the child to read story books
and newspapers.
7. Not to scold/ beat the child, instead
try to understand his/ her problems and provide solutions.
8 Do not send your ward to the school
when they are having any communicable
disease.
